Under the guidance of James Beard Award Winning Chef and Future Chefs Culinary Director, Barry Maiden, our seniors will prepare and serve a six course "Small Plates" dinner. This is the exciting and creative culmination of their past year's work with Future Chefs.



Chatham Bars Inn
October 19, 2017

On October 19th,  Chef Jody Adams and Chef Cory Seeker of Trade joined forces with Chef Barry Maiden and Chef Anthony Cole of Stars restaurant at Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod for the second annual “An Evening with Jody to Support Future Chefs.” The evening featured locally homegrown ingredients from the Inn’s farm in Brewster and an expertly prepared five course meal featuring wine pairings.

Boston EATS
October 27 & October 28, 2017

America's Test Kitchen launched the beginning of an annual fall weekend event “America's Test Kitchen Boston EATS” in October. The two-day festival celebrated New England's innovative and eclectic culinary talent. The event showcased the company's new headquarters and studios in the Seaport's Innovation and Design Building. Future Chefs students worked closely with an exciting roster of local chefs, producers, artisans, educators, and eaters who gathered to participate in a delicious lineup of events, including tastings, cooking demonstrations, panels, and more. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Future Chefs.
