Where are you from and what high school did you attend?

I’m from Boston, Massachusetts. I went to English High School.

Besides cooking, what other passions and interests do you have and how do you fulfill them?

I haven’t figured it out yet but I think I have a passion for being a film animation producer. As much as I try to avoid school I think I might go to school for it in 2 years. I don’t know what school because I’m going to be in North Carolina by that time.

What would you tell other young people about Future Chefs who are interested in joining our program?

I would say Future Chefs is a fun program, you go to after school and learn how to develop your cooking skills. That’s not all, you get to make new friends, go on multiple trips to experience what it’s like to be a real chef, your communication skills start to get better and the staff become your family members because they are about each one of us so much. I always loved going to Future Chefs after school because it took all the stress I had from school and stuff. Yeah, that’s what I’ve been telling about Future Chefs and I’ll still recommend people go.

What are your school, career, and life goals over the next 3-5 years?

To become a film animation producer, that’s what I’m looking forward to.

How did you hear about Future Chefs? What made you join the program?

I heard about Future Chefs in my school’s cafeteria during lunch.

Did you have an interest in food before joining Future Chefs?
