Where are you from and what high school did you attend?
I’m from Jamaica, and I attended Tech Boston Academy.
Besides cooking, what other passions and interests do you have? How do you fulfill these passions and interests?
Another interest I have is real estate.
What would you tell other young people who are interested in joining our program about Future Chefs?
I would tell them to have fun and be appreciative of everyone and mindful of everyone. Take everything you learn seriously because FC will teach you many skills.
What are your school, career, and life goals over the next 3-5 years?
My goals are to try to get into carpentry or plumbing and from there start my own business. Also, learn how to make more income/profit.
How did you hear about Future Chefs? What made you join the program?
I heard about FC from my friend who used to work here. What inspired me to join was to learn about culinary, but I also learned other skills.
Did you have an interest in food before joining Future Chefs?
Yes, I did, especially in learning about other types of food, and I like cooking for my friends.
