Future Chefs’ fourth annual Summer Lunch Pop-Up is just around the corner, and you won’t want to miss it! August 5th, 6th, and 7th our young people will be serving up a Global Summer Fusion menu in their very own pop-up restaurant.

The Pop-Up puts our young people’s skills to the test. Over five weeks in our summer program, students learn new cooking techniques, test recipes, and create a cohesive menu. Along the way, they’ll build essential skills like teamwork, time management, communication, and problem solving.
