Where are you from and what high school did you attend?
I'm from British Virgin Island I attend TechBoston Academy.
Besides cooking, what other passions and interests do you have and how do you fulfill them?
Technology and fitness - with tech I do gaming and fitness I go to the gym and try to keep fit.
What would you tell other young people who are interested in joining our program about Future Chefs?
I would say that it's a family-based community, we help each other out. Learn how to cook and be a good community.
What are your school, career, and life goals over the next 3-5 years?
I plan on going to community college, graduating and getting a job that interests me and that I like.
Would you recommend FC to other young people?
I would definitely recommend it because it builds your character, helps you cook, it's a great community, you feel accepted and you feel at home.
How has Future Chefs impacted you?
FC impacted me in the fact that it was a community, I’ve never really had a community before where I felt at home. We are taught essential skills like a sense of urgency and these skills build character.
