Where are you from and what high school did you attend?
I’m from Haiti and moved to the U.S. when I was 12. I attend TechBoston Academy.
Besides cooking, what other passions and interests do you have? How do you fulfill these passions/interests?
My other interests are soccer, reading, and video games. I fulfill these passions, I play soccer for South End Boston Scores and I play video games at home with friends. I read on my own time and I also play chess.
What would you tell other young people who are interested in joining our program about Future Chefs?
I will tell them that it’s a fun and great experience at Future Chefs. There are a lot of cool people and it’s just fun to be there - you will learn a lot.
What are your school, career, and life goals over the next 3-5 years?
In 3-5 years I’m envisioning being done with college and either trying to start my own business or work for another company. If I stick to sports management, I will probably be a soccer coach.
How did you hear about Future Chefs? What made you join the program?
I heard about FC from a friend of mine who was in the program, he told me that it would be a fun experience so I joined.
How has the Future Chefs program impacted you?
Future Chefs has impacted my life by helping me gain more confidence in myself.
