Trial and error. A lot of experimenting goes into creating the perfect recipe. Tasked with finding a unique dish for our Virtual Cookbook, students spent time this week adding and subtracting ingredients until finding their recipe’s sweet spot. They didn’t stop until we heard “I like it like THAT!”
