Small Plates

Thank you to all who joined us for Future Chefs’ annual Small Plates dinner! Our student chefs brought their full selves to the room - sharing their dishes with pride, connecting with guests, and showing the confidence and joy they’ve built through their work. Conversations flowed, laughter filled the room, and the sense of community was undeniable.

This is what Future Chefs is all about – creating the space and structure for young people to grow, and surrounding them with a community that sees them, values them, and celebrates their success.

The collective joy and commitment to our young people was the perfect way to celebrate our first Small Plates Honoree, Elle Simone Scott. Thank you for helping us mark her legacy, and remember her beautiful life and accomplishments in service of equity and justice.
