Join us Thursday, March 26, for Future Chefs’ annual Small Plates dinner! Our young chefs will showcase their skills, presenting dishes inspired by the flavors and techniques of the food that excites, comforts, and influences them. Tasting tables will feature a unique menu imagined, recipe-tested, and prepared by our students. Come with an appetite for delicious food AND learning from our young people about their creative process and inspiration behind each dish.
